Mother’s Day Roses Event
The Life Center of Santa Ana has been blessed to sponsor the Mother’s Day Roses Event throughout the Diocese of Orange for more than 45 years. This beautiful annual tradition is a wonderful way to honor our Blessed Mother, celebrate the mothers in your parish community, and raise funds to support the vulnerable teen and young adult mothers we serve.
Based on your estimated attendance for the weekend Masses, we purchase a set number of roses for your parish. You pick up the roses from us on Saturday, and your rose team distributes them at all the weekend Masses in hopes of receiving a donation. It’s amazing how God always provides!
It’s also a wonderful opportunity to get your Knights of Columbus, Respect Life Ministry, Confirmation teens, or other parishioners involved in advancing the culture of life. Every rose given is an opportunity to support a mother, strengthen a family, and help save the life of an unborn baby.

Rachel’s Vineyard: A Place of Healing and Hope

October Respect Life Month
The Life, Justice & Peace Division of the Diocese of Orange invites all parishes to host a second collection for Walking With Moms (formerly known as Pennies From Heaven). This collection is typically held during Respect Life weekend, which is the first weekend in October. These monies are sent to the Diocese for accounting purposes, and then distributed evenly among cooperating pregnancy centers, including Life Center of Santa Ana.
